硫黄制酸装置焚硫系统优化改造

摘要 介绍了中国石化集团南京化学工业有限公司硫酸装置三系统在生产运行中存在的问题、优化措施及改造后的运行情况。制定焚硫炉出口高温热副线阀修理方案,解决了关键生产阀门的故障问题;在修复焚硫炉烟道的过程中首次采用一转电加热器加热空气的方式对焚硫炉进行烘炉操作,解决了天然气烘炉低温段无法正常操作的问题,降低了烘炉过程的操作劳动强度与安全风险,为系统安全稳定运行奠定了基础,为焚硫炉烘炉提供了新的方法。 The problems existing in the production and operation of the third system of the sulphuric acid plant of SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical Industries Co.,Ltd.,the optimization measures and the operation after transformation are introduced.The repair scheme of high temperature thermal auxiliary line valve of sulphur incinerator outlet is formulated,and the failure of key production valves is solved.In the process of repairing the flue of the sulphur incinerator,the primary conversion of electric heater is used to heat the air,which solves the problem that the low-temperature section of the natural gas oven cannot operate normally,reduces the operation labor intensity and safety risk during the drying process,lays a foundation for the safe and stable operation of the system,and provides a new method for the drying of the sulphur incinerator.
