摘要
介绍了一种大型液硫储罐废气治理新技术的工艺流程、设计思路及现场应用效果。针对大型液硫储罐废气的组成和特点,中国石化工程建设有限公司从防超压、防堵塞、防腐蚀等方面考虑,开发了一套“吸风罩抽气+水洗除尘+风机增压+碱洗脱硫”工艺技术,通过常压抽气、间歇接触除尘、高效碱洗除H_(2)S和SO_(2),解决了含单质硫的酸性废气易堵塞装置管路、腐蚀设备的问题,同时消除了罐体超压和负压的安全风险,改善了液硫储罐区周围的环境,实现了液硫逸散废气的达标治理和硫资源的回收。
The process flow,design idea and field application effect of a new waste gas treatment technology for large liquid sulphur storage tank are introduced.According to the composition and characteristics of the waste gas from large liquid sulphur storage tanks,SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation has developed a set of “suction hood air extraction + water washing and dust removal + fan pressurization + alkali washing and desulfurization” process technology from the aspects of anti overpressure,anti blocking and anticorrosion.Through atmospheric pressure air extraction,intermittent contact dust removal and high-efficiency alkali washing,H_(2)S and SO_(2) are removed,which solves the problem that the sour waste gas containing elemental sulphur is easy to block the pipeline of the device and corrode the equipment,the safety risks of tank overpressure and negative pressure are eliminated,the environment around the liquid sulphur storage tank area is improved,and the standard treatment of liquid sulphur fugitive waste gas and the recovery of sulphur resources are realized at the same time.
