摘要
目的:收集国内外有关医疗市场竞争效果的文献,按病种差异、医疗机构差异、医保支付方式差异以及医保差异进行分类分析,进而研究我国应该如何向医疗市场引入竞争机制,从而缓解“看病贵、看病难”,有效控制医疗费用的增长。方法:以“医疗市场/医疗竞争”、“疾病种类”、“医疗机构”、“支付方式”以及“医疗保险”为关键词,从中国知网、PubMed等数据库检索文献,进行分类与分析。结果:根据文献综述结果,医疗差异性对医疗市场竞争有着不同效果。结论:在当前医疗不断市场化的背景下,我国应该进一步提高医保地位,推进医保支付方式改革。
Objective:To collect and study domestic and foreign literatures on the effect of competition in the medical market,and to classify and analyze the differences in disease types,medical institutions,medical insurance payment methods,and medical insurance differences,and then study how our government should introduce a competition mechanism into the medical market,so as to ease"Difficulties And High Expense In Medical Care"problem and to effectively control the growth of medical expenses.Methods:Using"medical market/medical competition","disease type","medical institution","payment method"and"medical insurance"as keywords,literatures were retrieved from databases such as CNKI and PubMed,and the classification and analysis were carried out.Results:According to the literature review results,medical differentiation has different effects on medical market competition.Conclusion:Under the background of the continuous marketization of medical care,my country should further improve the status of medical insurance and promote the reform of medical insurance payment methods.
