新冠肺炎疫情下鼓楼医院麻醉科门诊病人需求变化及应对策略

Changes in the Needs of Outpatients in the Department of Anesthesiology of Drum Tower Hospital under COVID-19 Epidemic

目的:探讨新冠肺炎疫情下鼓楼医院麻醉科门诊病人需求的变化,并分析应对策略。方法:回顾性调查了2019年7、9、11月与2020年7、9、11月来南京鼓楼医院麻醉科门诊就诊的全部病人。结果:2019年男女比例1∶1.49,平均年龄55.64±18.80岁,2020年男女比例1∶1.47,平均年龄49.85±18.13岁,两年均是18-64岁年龄段占比最高。2019年就诊需求中胃肠镜检查前评估占比最高,占总数的32.78%,2020年则是日间手术术前评估占比最高,占总数的50.91%。行无痛胃肠镜检查评估的患者主要以>64岁的老年人为主,2019年占比53.21%,2020年占比55.77%;而妇科门诊患者则以30-39岁年龄段最高,2019年占40.17%,2020年占55.88%。在术前会诊中,病人大多为64岁以上老年人,2019年占60.74%,2020年占68.8%。结论:通过分析和了解疫情下门诊患者的需求变化,可有助于进一步优化门诊医疗资源的配置,实现舒适化医疗的目标。

Objective:To explore the changes in the needs of outpatients in the department of Anesthesiology of Gulou Hospital under COVID-19 epidemic,and to analyze the coping strategies.Methods:All patients who came to the outpatient department of anesthesiology of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital in July,September and November in 2019 and 2020 were retrospectively investigated.Results:In 2019,the male to female ratio was 1∶1.49,and the average age was 55.64±18.80 years old.In 2020,the male to female ratio was 1∶1.47,and the average age was 49.85±18.13 years old.In both years,the age group of 18-64 years accounted for the highest proportion.In 2019,the pre-assessment before gastrointestinal endoscopy accounted for the highest proportion of the demand for medical treatment,accounting for 32.78%,and in 2020,the preoperative evaluation for ambulatory surgery accounted for the highest proportion,accounting for 50.91%.The patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were mainly elderly>64 years old,accounting for 53.21%in 2019 and 55.77%in 2020.While the gynecological outpatients were the highest in the age group of 30-39 years old,accounting for 40.17%in 2019 and 55.88%in 2020.In the preoperative consultation,most of the patients were elderly people over 64 years old,accounting for 60.74%in 2019 and 68.8%in 2020.Conclusion:By analyzing and understanding the changes in the needs of outpatients after the epidemic,it can help to further optimize the allocation of outpatient medical resources and achieve the goal of comfortable medical care.
