SMILE矫正近视合并瞳孔异常4例

Myopia with abnormal pupil corrected by SMILE:report of four cases

摘要 例1,患者,男,18岁,2018年5月2日因双眼近视5年,要求手术矫正近视于河南省立眼科医院就诊。术前检查:裸眼视力右眼0.02,左眼0.3,综合验光右眼-4.00 DS/-0.5 DC×160=0.8,左眼-1.25 DS/-1.50 DC×30=0.7。裂隙灯显微镜联合前置镜检查可见右眼角膜透明,前房深,瞳孔圆,对光反应灵敏,眼底未见明显异常;左眼角膜透明,虹膜下方缺损,瞳孔变形,晶状体透明,下方脉络膜缺损。角膜曲率右眼42.95/41.90 D,左眼41.52/39.90 D;中央角膜厚度右眼547μm,左眼587μm;眼轴长度右眼25.15 mm,左眼23.56 mm;角膜地形图检查双眼未见明显异常;眼压右眼20 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),左眼19 mmHg;眼底光相干断层扫描检查,右眼未见明显异常,左眼黄斑区视网膜正常,视盘下方脉络膜缺损,相应部位视网膜发育不良。
