激光表面测速仪在定尺剪自动定尺测量中的应用

摘要 本文针对机械式定尺剪切中挡板位置需频繁矫正、机械定尺长度受限等问题,提出了应用激光表面测速仪实现自动定尺测量的解决方案。首先阐述了德国Polytec公司生产的激光测长仪的工作原理,然后给出了基于激光测长装置与PLC的自动定尺剪切控制系统组成设计,最后对设备安装、调试和维护提出了可执行方案。通过生产检验该系统实现了钢板自动定尺剪切,提高了钢板定尺的精度与钢板成材率。 In this paper,in order to resolve the problem of length limitation and position correction in mechanical dividing shear,the application of laser surface velocimeter in automatic length measurement of dividing shear is studied.First,the working principle of the laser length measuring instrument produced by Polytec company in Germany is introduced.Then,the system composition design of automatic dividing shear based on laser surface velocimeter and PLC is provided.Finally,the opinions about the installation,commissioning and maintenance of the equipment are putted forward.The automatic length measurement of dividing shear is applied in the field.As result,the precision of steel plate sizing is improved,and the production efficiency of steel plate are improved too.
