摘要
水坝退役作为一种重要的河流生态修复手段,需进行科学决策,并对拆坝后泥沙、地貌、生态响应进行科学合理预测。通过梳理美国退役水坝特征和决策过程,总结了拆坝响应观测现象、预测模型开发过程及预测模型结果,汇总拆坝过程中各类生态恢复和管理措施,为我国未来水坝退役和小水电拆除相关决策提供借鉴。
As an important means of river ecological restoration,decommissioning of dams requires scientific decision making and scientific and reasonable prediction of sediment,geomorphology and ecological response after dam removal.By systematically summarizing the characteristics and decision-making process of decommissioned dams in the United States,observing phenomena,prediction model development and result from analysis of dam demolition response were summarized,and various ecological restoration and management measures in the process of dam demolition were summarized,providing a reference for decision-making of dam decommissioning and small hydropower demolition in China.
