江海杜洛克猪体尺性状遗传参数估计 被引量:1

摘要 为考察基于大群体的杜洛克猪体尺指标相关遗传参数,以潍坊江海原种猪场160—180日龄的3560头杜洛克种猪为研究对象,测定并估计了体高、体长、胸深、胸宽、管围和臀宽等6项体尺指标的遗传力和遗传相关系数等参数。结果显示:体尺性状总体属于中、高等遗传力,其中体高遗传力较高(0.56),体长、胸宽、管围和臀宽遗传力中等,胸深的遗传力较低(0.21)。杜洛克群体体高与胸深极显著正相关(遗传相关系数为0.73),胸宽与臀宽极显著正相关(遗传相关系数为0.72)。研究结果可为开展杜洛克猪体尺性状常规育种和标记辅助选种奠定基础,也为其他国家级核心场的种猪育种提供借鉴。 In order to explore the genetic parameters of body size traits based on large Duroc population,3560 Duroc pigs from 160 to 180 days in Weifang Jianghai Breeding Company were selected as the research objects.Six traits including body height,body length,chest depth,chest width,cannon circumference and hip width were measured.The heritability and genetic correlation of these six body size traits were estimated.The results showed that the overall heritability of body size was medium to high level.High(0.56)heritability was estimated for body height.Medium heritability estimates were obtained for body length,chest width,cannon circumference and hip width,and low(0.21)heritability for chest depth.In this study,body height of Duroc population was significantly positively correlated with chest depth(0.73),and chest width was significantly positively correlated with hip width(0.72).The results of this study will lay a foundation for conventional breeding and marker assisted breeding of body size traits,and also provide guidance of breeding strategy for other state-level pig breeding farms.
