乳腺癌患者代谢组学指标联合检测用于中医诊断

Combined detection of metabolomics related indicators in breast cancer patients for TCM diagnosis

目的 探讨乳腺癌患者代谢组学相关指标联合检测用于中医诊断的效应,方法 2020年1月至12月,对珠海市中西医结合医院乳腺癌手术治疗后生存3年以上的90例患者调查研究。根据乳腺癌中医辨证分型不同将患者分为气血两虚证组30例、肝郁气滞证组30例和冲任失调证组30例。比较乳腺癌组和对照组血清微量元素和血清特征指标含量的统计学差异,比较3种中医证型乳腺癌组患者血清特征指标含量的统计学差异;多因素相关性分析血清特征指标、血清微量元素含量与乳腺癌中医证型的综合影响。结果 乳腺癌组患者血清中钙、镁含量低于健康组,血清中磷、锌含量高于健康组(P<0.05);乳腺癌组患者血清中白细胞介素(IL)-6、可溶性IL-6受体(sIL-6R)和神经生长因子(NGF)指标含量均高于健康组(P<0.05);3种中医证型乳腺癌组患者血清特征指标含量的比较,气血两虚证组患者血清中IL-6、sIL-6R和NGF指标含量均高于肝郁气滞证组和冲任失调证组患者(P<0.05)。结论 与健康人群相比,乳腺癌患者代谢组学相关指标(钙、镁、锌、磷、IL-6、sIL-6R、NGF)变化显著,联合检测代谢血液相关指标有利于进行中医诊断。

Objective To explore the effect of combined metabonomic related indicators in the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in breast cancer patients.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,the patients(n=90) who survived for more than 3 years in our hospital were investigated.The patients were divided into two groups:Qi and blood deficiency syndrome group(n=30),liver stagnation qi stagnation syndrome group(n=30)and Chongren disorder syndrome group(n=30).The statistical difference of serum trace elements and serum characteristic index in breast cancer group and control group was compared,and the statistical difference of serum characteristic in-dex content in breast cancer group of three TCM syndromes was compared Factor correlation analysis of serum charac-teristic index,serum trace element content and breast cancer TCM syndrome type.Results The serum Ca、Mg content in breast cancer group was significantly lower than that in healthy group,the serum P 、Zn content was significantly higher than that in healthy group(P<0.05),the serum IL-6、sIL-6 R and NGF index content in breast cancer group was significantly higher than that in liver stagnation and qi stagnation group and liver stagnation qi stagnation group(P<0.05),and the serum IL-6、s IL-6 R and NGF index content in three TCM syndrome breast cancer groups were significantly higher than those in liver stagnation qi stagnation syndrome group.Conclusion Compared with the healthy population,the metabolic index(Ca、Mg、Zn、IL-6、sIL-6 R、NGF) of breast cancer patients changed significantly,and the combined detection of metabolic academic indicators was beneficial to the diagnosis of TCM.
