基于关联规则和聚类分析的中医药治疗肾性贫血的用药特点探析

The characteristic of Chinese medicine for renal anemia based on association rules and cluster analysis

目的 探讨中医药治疗肾性贫血的用药规律。方法 检索中国知网相关文献材料,利用Excel 2003、SPSS statistic 26.0、Clementine 12.0统计数据,建立数据库并分析特点。结果 建立了147首中药汤剂的数据库。治疗肾性贫血的高频药物(≥20次)共有19味,以补虚药为主。通过对高频药物进行关联规则和聚类分析,得出9个药物和4个聚类法。结论 临床常用补虚药治疗肾性贫血,可配伍活血化瘀药、理气药,分析所得的9个药对和4个聚类方供临床运用参考。

Objective To explore the medication rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of renal anemia.Methods The database of Chinese medicine in the treatment of renal anemia was constructed by retrieving the related literatures in CNKI database and analyzed with the Excel 2003,SPSS statistic 26.0 and Clementine 12.0 softwares.Results The database of Chinese medicine consisted of 147 prescriptions were established.There are 19 kinds of high frequency Chinese medicine(frequency≥20) in the treatment of renal anemia,most of them are tonifying deficiency medicine.Through the analysis of high-frequency Chinese medicine association rules and cluster analysis,9 drug pairs and 4 clustering formulas were acquired.Conclusion Tonifying deficiency medicine,which are used for clinical treatment of renal anemia,can be combined with activating blood medicine and Qi-regulating drugs.The 9 kinds of drugs and 4 clustering prescriptions obtained from the analysis provide references for clinical medication.
