乡村振兴背景下的乡村人居环境质量评价与优化研究——以南京市浦口区永宁街道大埝社区七组为例

Study on the Evaluation and Optimization of Rural Human Settlement Environment Quality under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case of the Seventh Group of Danian Community of Yongning Subdistrict in Pukou District,Nanjing

改善人居环境是实现乡村振兴的重要环节。本文运用层次分析法构建了乡村人居环境评价指标体系,在此基础上对南京市浦口区永宁街道大埝社区七组的人居环境进行实证评价。结果表明:大埝社区七组的人居环境在村庄绿化、水体质量、空气质量、公共空间、供水供电、环卫设施、邻里氛围、社会保障方面相对较好,在建筑风貌、院落空间、交通设施、村约村规、地域文化、生态农业、休闲度假方面相对薄弱。据此提出了优化策略。

Improving the human settlement environment is an important part of rural revitalization.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to construct the evaluation index system of rural human settlement environment.On this basis,the human settlement environment of the seventh group of Danian community of Yongning subdistrict in Pukou district,Nanjing is empirically evaluated.The results show that:the human settlement environment of the seventh group of Danian community is relatively good in village greening,water quality,air quality,public space,water and power supply,environmental sanitation facilities,neighborhood atmosphere and social security,but relatively weak in architectural style,courtyard space,transportation facilities,village regulations,regional culture,ecological agriculture and leisure and vacation.In view of this,the optimization strategies are put forward.
