城市滨海空间品质提升策略研究——以大连市为例

Study on the Strategy of Improving the Quality of Urban Coastal Space:A Case of Dalian

近年来,我国沿海地区纷纷推出了海岸线保护和综合利用的总体规划,以提升滨海空间的品质和吸引力。在2020年海洋生态环境保护“十四五”发展规划的编制中,突出了建设“美丽海湾”,以及重点夯实和推动沿海各个地区海湾环境的改善和修复。在最新的大连市总体城市设计中,湾区发展也是重中之重。本文通过对大连市滨海空间的现状分析,并结合大连市空间规划的相关内容,进一步探讨城市滨海空间品质提升的策略,为建设“美丽海湾”提供思路。

In recent years,China’s coastal areas have introduced master plans for shoreline protection and comprehensive utilization to improve the quality and attractiveness of coastal space.In the preparation of the“14th Five-Year”development plan for marine ecological and environmental protection in 2020,the construction of“beautiful bay”was highlighted,and the improvement and restoration of the bay environment in various coastal areas was emphasized.In the latest overall urban design of Dalian,the development of the Bay Area is also the top priority.Based on the analysis of the present situation of Dalian coastal space and the relevant contents of Dalian’s spatial planning,this paper further discusses the strategy of improving the quality of urban coastal space,and provides ideas for the construction of“beautiful bay”.
