鲁西北平原民居适宜性评价与更新策略——以德州市西街村为例

Suitability Evaluation and Renewal Strategy for the Residential Buildings in Northwest Plain of Shandong:A Case of Xijie Village in Dezhou

现代生产和生活方式的转变考验着民居的传承与发展,受城市化影响,鲁西北平原农村住宅新建量减少,旧有民居存量大,使用时间逐年增加。本文以鲁西北平原地区民居为研究对象,将德州市西街村邢宅作为研究模型,对现有民居的空间使用、物理环境和能源利用等要素展开适宜性评价与分析,通过试设计,建立该地区民居的适宜性更新策略,探索适应现代社会发展的鲁西北平原民居更新路径。

The transformation of modern production and lifestyle tests the inheritance and development of residential buildings.Affected by urbanization,the number of new rural residential buildings in Northwest plain of Shandong decreases,the stock of old residential buildings is large,and the use time increases year by year.In this paper,the residential buildings in the northwest plain area of Shandong is taken as the research object,the Xing House in Xijie Village of Dezhou is taken as the research model.The suitability evaluation and analysis are conducted on the elements of the existing residential buildings,including space use,physical environment and energy consumption,and so on.Through the trial design,the suitability renewal strategy is established for the residential buildings in this area to explore a renewal path for the residential buildings in the northwest plain of Shandong to adapt to the development of modern society.
