历史风貌区与商业开发的互动融合——南京百子亭天地项目设计初探

Interactive Integration of Historical Area and Commercial Development:Exploration on the Design of Nanjing Baiziting Tiandi Project

历史风貌区的保护往往和现代商业开发的需求存在矛盾,二者之间如何取得平衡是此类设计必须解决的问题。本文以南京百子亭天地项目为例,分析基于历史空间研究的设计方法。设计通过解读历史文献地图,归纳出百子亭地区在民国时期作为洋房聚落和社交群落的历史空间特征,并依此进行商业定位和空间营造,实现了文脉传承、商业运营、建筑空间布局之间的和谐共生。

There is a contradiction between the protection of historical areas and the needs of modern commercial development.The design must strike a balance between the two.Taking Nanjing Baiziting Tiandi project as an example,this paper analyzes a design method based on historical space research.By interpreting the historical documents and maps,the design summarizes the historical spatial characteristics of Baiziting area as a villa settlement and social community in the Republic of China,carries out business orientation and space construction,and realizes the harmonious symbiosis between context inheritance,commercial operation and architectural composition.
