商业综合体消防设计难点研究——以“国惠中心项目”为例

Analysis on the Difficulties in Fire Protection Design of Commercial Complex:A Case of“Guohui Center Project”

随着社会经济的发展,综合体项目的建筑面积不断增大,为了改善综合体复杂的功能流线,满足消防设计的各项要求,保证人们生命财产安全,笔者以参与的实际工程为例,对大型商业综合体的安全疏散、防火分区和消防设施等方面的设计方法进行分析,并对一些消防要求的解读提出个人思考及见解,为商业综合体消防设计提供建设性的思路及参考,以期在保证安全的前提下,提升商业综合体消防设计的合理性、安全性,从而提升消费者的体验感受,提高商业综合体的商业价值。

With the development of social economy,the building area of the complex project is increasing.In order to better solve the complex functional streamline of the complex,to meet the requirements of fire protection design and to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property,taking the actual projects involved by the author as an example,the paper analyzes the design methods of safe evacuation,fire compartment and fire protection facilities of large commercial complex.It also puts forward personal thoughts and opinions on the interpretation of some fire protection requirements,which provides constructive ideas and references for the fire protection design of commercial complex.It aims to achieve the goal of improving the rationality and safety of fire protection design of commercial complex on the premise of ensuring safety,so as to improve consumers’experience and to improve the commercial value of commercial complex.
