摘要
通过对房间空调器扫风机构建立仿真模型,研究扫风叶片旋转角度对送风角度及电机力矩的影响。研究结果表明,当扫风叶片旋转45 °时,房间空调器的送风角度为30 °,可覆盖房间大部分区域而实现温度均衡,满足房间内人体热舒适性需求,且电机力矩也能满足长期运行可靠性要求。
By establishing simulation models of the air conditioner sweeping mechanism,the relationship between rotation angle with sweep angle and motor torque were studied.The results show that when rotation angle is 45 °,the air conditioner sweep angle is 30 °,which can cover most of the room to achieve temperature equalization,the thermal comfort requirements of human body in the room can be satisfied,and motor torque reliability requirements also can be satisfied.
