摘要
本文分析了供暖沐浴集成装置供暖能力的主要影响因素及该装置用于燃气热水器供暖的主要矛盾。研究结果表明,进水温度对供暖功率有决定性的影响。当进水温度一定时,进水量的变化对供暖功率的影响较弱;恒温混水阀可以有效的解决高温水供暖与低温水洗浴之间的矛盾,保证高的供暖功率并防止烫伤;在循环管路内加入水罐可以一定程度的改善低散热能力下的燃烧器频繁启停问题。该研究结果为燃气热水器用于供暖研究提供了一定的指导。
This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of the heating capacity of the integrated heating and bathing device and the main contradiction of the device used for gas water heater heating.The results show that,the inlet water temperature has a decisive influence on the heating power.The change of water inflow has a weak impact on heating power when the inlet water temperature is constant.The use of thermostatic water mixing valve can ensure high heating power and prevent scalding.Adding a water tank into the circulating pipeline can improve the frequent start and stop of the burner under low heat dissipation capacity.The research results provide some guidance for the research of gas water heater for heating.
