摘要
直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)可作为一种便携式能源设备。甲醇常温下为液态,拥有容易处理,能量密度高,不会对环境造成危害等优点。甲醇作为燃料时还拥有容易储存等特点。DMFC是一种简单的系统,可以作为一种电压源为小型便携式设备和低功耗的电子元件等进行供电。但市面上常用的Pt/C催化剂价格不菲,我们利用硼氢化钠还原法和共沉淀法制备了五组不同质量比的Pt-Fe;O;/C催化剂,并对其进行了SEM及EDS表征测试,随后利用电化学工作站测试了不同质量分数的甲醇时DMFC的开路电压。
Direct methanol fuel cell(DMFC)can be used as a portable energy equipment.Methanol is liquid at room temperature,which has the advantages of easy treatment,high energy density and no harm to the environment.Methanol as fuel also has the characteristics of easy storage and easy feeding.It is easy to control under standard temperature and normal pressure,and has a safer treatable environment in the laboratory.DMFC is a simple system,which can be used as a voltage source to power small portable devices and low-power electronic components.However,Pt/C commonly used in the market is expensive.We prepared five groups of Pt-Fe;O;/C catalysts with different mass ratios by sodium borohydride reduction method and coprecipitation method,and characterized them by SEM and EDS.then,the open circuit voltage of DMFC with different mass fractions of methanol was measured by electrochemical workstation.
