摘要
随着GB/T 8059-2016《家用和类似用途制冷器具》颁布实施,冷柜的能效指标大幅度提升,随着节能技术挖掘,D型绕管式蒸发器由于可以增加蒸发器接触面积,被各大冷柜制造商逐步推广应用。本文基于绕管式蒸发器结构特点和传热特性,研究分析D型管与圆管蒸发器传热效果,并进行D型管与圆管蒸发器的冷柜载体耗电量对比验证。
With the promulgation and implementation of GB/T 8059-2016 Refrigeration Appliance for household and similar uses,the energy efficiency index of the cooler has been greatly improved.With the excavation of energy saving technology,the D type winding pipe evaporator is gradually promoted and applied by the major cooler manufacturers because it can increase the contact area of the evaporator.Based on the structure and heat transfer characteristics of winding evaporator,the heat transfer effect of D tube and the power consumption of D tube and round evaporator.
