摘要
变频多联机普遍采用轴流风叶对换热器进行强制换热,提能力、降噪音、低能耗是多联机的重要发展方向,本文结合仿真和试验对变频的轴流风叶进行研究,量化风叶设计选型参数。基于计算流体动力学(CFD),采用雷诺平均的Navier-Stockes方程组进行流场数值模拟,计算了不同叶片安装角度下的风量、涡量及轴功率,并通过试验验证手板样机的风机特性、气动噪音以及全压效率,达到提能力、低噪音、高能效的研究目的。
Variable frequency multi-connection is commonly used for forced heat transfer of heat exchangers.increasing capacity,reducing noise and low energy consumption are the important development direction of multi-connection,in this paper,the variable frequency axial fan is studied by combining simulation and experiment,and the design and selection parameters of the fan are quantified.Based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD),the Reynolds average Navier-Stockes equations were used to numerically simulate the flow field.The air volume,vorticity and shaft power of the prototype were calculated under different blade installation angles.To achieve the research purpose of lifting capacity,low noise and high energy efficiency by using the better blade installation Angle.At present,the scheme has been applied in a new generation of multi-link outdoor machine platform of a brand,and has formed a series of products.
