摘要
综述了原子力显微镜(AFM)的测试原理及在纤维素研究中的应用进展,重点对纤维素的晶体结构、微观形貌、酶解过程及衍生物等方面的研究做了详细论述,确定了AFM对以上研究内容的重要性,并给出了不同AFM应用的具体实施案例和操作方法。不仅如此还对AFM力学性能测试、探针修饰技术及与其他技术手段连用等新型测试方法做了概括性总结。最后展望了AFM高级成像技术在纤维素研究中的发展前景,对纤维素基新材料的研究提供新的思路和方法,具有一定参考价值。
This paper reviews the principle of atomic force microscopy(AFM)and its application progress in cellulose research which is focusing on the crystal structure,microscopic morphology,enzymatic hydrolysis process and derivatives of cellulose.The importance of AFM to the above research content is revealed,and specific implementation cases and operation methods of different AFM applications are given.Not only that,a general summary of new test methods such as AFM quantitative nanomechanical force testing,probe modification technology and combination with other technical methods are shown.Finally,the development prospect of AFM advanced imaging technology in cellulose research is prospected,and new methods are provided for the research of cellulose-based new materials,which has important reference value.
