摘要
智能生产线设备的验收往往因为验收指标或验收方法的不一致给设备使用方和生产方带来纠纷,因此,对解决类似问题的验收指标与验收方法进行了研究。首先,基于设备使用方关心的生产能力和所占用的劳动力,提出了成品率、基于可用度的生产能力和故障频率3个敏感参数;其次,结合设备特点和可靠性基本理论,将3个参数转化为可靠度、平均无故障间隔时间(MTBF)和平均故障修复时间(MTTR) 3个验收指标;然后,基于标准的统计试验方案,制定了智能生产线设备验收方法;最后,在某型智能生产线设备上进行了应用验证。验证结果表明:基于可靠度、 MTBF和MTTR的验收方法可以很好地评价设备的交付状态,可为类似智能生产线设备的项目验收提供借鉴和参考。
The acceptance of intelligent production line equipment often brings disputes between users and manufacturers because of the inconsistency of acceptance index or acceptance method,therefore,the acceptance index and acceptance method to solve similar problems are explored.Firstly,three sensitive parameters of yield rate,production capacity based on availability and failure frequency are proposed based on the production capacity and the labor force occupied concerned by the equipment user.Secondly,combined with the equipment characteristics and the basic theory of reliability,the three parameters are converted into three acceptance indicators of reliability,MTBF and MTTR.Then,based on the standard statistical test scheme,the acceptance method of intelligent production line equipment is formulated.Finally,the application verification is carried out on an intelligent production line equipment.The verification results show that the acceptance method based on reliability,MTBF and MTTR can well evaluate the delivery status of the equipment,and can provide reference for the acceptance of similar intelligent production line equipment projects.
