摘要
高架机动雷达天线由运输状态到工作状态需要被举升到一定的高度,举升机构作为天馈系统的承载平台,在高架机动雷达工作中起到了举足轻重的作用。举升机构的结构形式取决于天线形状、外形尺寸、重量以及载车平台允许使用空间等。由于天线转台与舱内机柜连接电缆非常多,合理设计走线装置显得尤为重要。以支撑下一代高架机动雷达研制为背景,以提高高架机动雷达作战效率为目标,本综述分析了举升机构的分类方式、每种方式的适用特点并举例说明。还对走线装置进行分类梳理,阐述了它们的应用效果和优缺点,对举升机构及走线装置研究的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
The lifting mechanism,as the load-bearing platform of the antenna-feeder system,plays an important role in the work of the overhead mobile radar.The lifting mechanism type depends on the antenna structure shape,shape,size,weight and the space allowed by the loading platform.At the same time,there are many cables between the antenna turntable and the cabin cabinet,therefore,it is very important to design the wiring device reasonably.In order to support the development of the next generation overhead mobile radar and improve the operational efficiency of overhead mobile radar,this paper first analyzes the classification methods of lifting mechanism,the applicable characteristics of each method,and gives some examples.Then,this paper sorts out the wiring devices,and expounds their application effects,advantages and disadvantages.Finally,combined with the existing problems in the study of lifting mechanism and alignment device,the future development trend is prospected.
