基于AHP-熵值法的摆杆系统设备重要度评估模型

摘要 针对航天发射场设施设备维修方式决策过程中确定设备维修优先级缺乏量化依据的问题,提出一种基于AHP-熵值法的设备重要度评估方法。构建适用航天发射场设施设备重要度评估的影响因素和评分标准;采用层次分析法和熵值法分别对评估因素赋予主、客观权重,再将权重组合后用于确定各因素的优先等级;利用线性加权求和计算设备重要度评估指数,结合蒙特卡洛仿真求得设备重要度的近似解。以摆杆系统设备为例,证明所得重要度评估结果符合实际,可为维修方式决策提供量化依据。 In order to solve the problem that there is no quantitative basis for determining the priority of equipment maintenance in the decision-making process of equipment maintenance mode of the facilities and equipment in the space launch site,a method of equipment importance evaluation based on AHP-entropy weight theory is proposed.Firstly,the applicable influencing factors and scoring criteria for the importance evaluation of facilities and equipment in the space launch site are designed.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy method are used to assign subjective and objective weights to the evaluation factors respectively,and then the weights are combined to determine the priority level of each factor.Finally,the evaluation index of equipment importance is calculated by linear weighted summation,and the approximate solution of equipment importance is obtained by Monte Carlo simulation.Taking the swing rod system equipment as an example,the importance evaluation results show it is in accordance with the practice,which can provide quantitative basis for the decision-making of its maintenance mode.
