单侧三开口炮口减压装置减压效果研究

摘要 提出2种炮口减压装置方案。通过CFD仿真技术对炮口流场进行仿真分析,掌握炮口附近压力随时间变化规律,结合地面射击测试各种状态下炮口冲击波压强,分析炮口减压装置的减压效果,确定合适的炮口减压装置,改善炮口流场分布,从而降低炮口压力和冲击波压强,为后续炮口减压装置的设计和优化提供了支持。 Two schemes of muzzle decompression attachment were proposed.The muzzle flow field was simulated and analyzed by CFD simulation technology,and the variation law of pressure near the muzzle with time was calculated.Combined with the ground firing test,the muzzle shock wave pressure under various states was tested,and the pressure reducing effect of muzzle decompression attachment was compared and analyzed.The results show that the appropriate muzzle decompression attachment can change the muzzle flow field distribution and reduce the muzzle pressure and shock wave pressure,which verifies the feasibility of the muzzle decompression device and provides support for the design and optimization of the muzzle decompression attachment.
