大当量爆炸模拟用击波管冲击波压力传播特性分析

摘要 为探究利用击波管试验设施模拟大型爆炸冲击波传播特性,运用AUTODYN有限元软件对3种装药量下多种工况击波管开展冲击波传播特性数值模拟研究,结合爆炸冲击波经验公式与试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:仿真与试验结果吻合度较好,第二试验段的冲击波超压持续作用时间相对较大,冲击波下降较为平缓;击波管爆炸冲击波的超压峰值远大于空中爆炸,利用击波管模拟大当量炸药爆炸冲击波具有明显优点。 In order to explore the problem of using shock tube test facility to simulate the propagation characteristics of large-scale explosion shock wave,the finite element software AUTODYN was used to carry out the numerical simulation research on the propagation characteristics of shock wave under three kinds of charge and various working conditions,and the empirical formula of explosion shock wave was compared with the test results.The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results,the duration of over-pressure of shock wave in the second test section is relatively large,and the drop of shock wave is relatively gentle;The over pressure peak value of shock wave in shock tube explosion is much higher than that in air explosion.It has obvious advantages to simulate shock wave of large equivalent explosive explosion with shock tube.
