摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,模拟爆炸冲击载荷作用下涂覆聚脲油箱的动态响应过程。以箱内液体特定单元压力峰值、油箱壁板变形作为对比参量,分析相同当量炸药产生的爆炸载荷冲击具有不同厚度涂覆材料及不同涂覆位置的油箱结构造成的毁伤效果。结果表明:涂覆聚脲材料可减少油箱金属壁板应变区域,背爆面涂覆聚脲相较于迎爆面涂覆聚脲箱体变形更小,等面密度情况下聚脲层厚度增加能有效减小箱体变形。
The coating of polyurea elastomer(SPUA)can effectively improve the blast-resistance performance of the structure.The finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate the dynamic response process of the coated polyurea fuel tank under the action of explosion shock load.Taking the pressure peak value of the specific unit of the liquid in the tank and the deformation of the fuel tank wall as the comparison parameters,the damage effect caused by the explosion load impact generated by the same equivalent explosive with different thicknesses of coating materials and different coating positions of the fuel tank structure is analyzed.The results show that the coating of polyurea material can reduce the strain area of the metal wall of the fuel tank,and the polyurea coating on the back-explosion surface has smaller deformation than the polyurea coating on the front-explosion surface.It can effectively reduce the deformation of the tank under the condition of uniform surface density.
