一种兼顾破甲与环形切割的装药结构数值模拟与试验研究

摘要 设计了一种兼顾破甲对舱内仪器设备、有生力量毁伤又具有环形切割的装药结构,通过数值模拟与试验相结合的方法,对该装药结构侵彻45#钢进行了研究,结果表明:该装药结构既可以形成轴向金属射流对舰船内部目标进行毁伤,又可以形成环形射流对40 mm的45#钢进行环形切割,且孔径大小、穿深的数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,孔径大小相对误差为2.42%。 In order to meet the requirements of the ship deck target,it can not only damage the equipment and active force in the cabin,but also have a circular cut.This paper designs a charge structure that takes into account both armor piercing and circular cutting,through the method of combining numerical simulation and experiment.The penetration of the charge structure into 45#steel was studied.The results show that the charge structure can not only form an axial metal jet to damage the internal targets of the ship,but also can form a circular jet to circularly cut 40 mm 45#steel,and the numerical simulation results of the pore size and penetration depth are in good agreement with the test results,and the relative error of the pore size is 2.42%.
