摘要
为了对中型合成营装备在不同任务环境中的作战能力定量评估,从情报侦察能力、指挥控制能力等六个方面构建了装备作战能力评估指标体系和评估模型。利用层次分析法确定各评估指标的权重,然后用模糊综合评估方法评估中型合成营装备作战能力。合成营指挥员可结合不同任务对装备作战能力的不同需求,根据评估结果制定切实可行的行动方案。该方法比单纯的层次分析法更为科学,具有较强的实践应用性。
In order to solve the problem of quantitative evaluation of combat capability of medium synthetic battalion equipment in different mission environments,this paper constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of equipment combat capability from six aspects such as intelligence and reconnaissance capability and command and control ability.The weight of each evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and then the combat capability of medium synthetic battalion is comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Synthesizer battalion commander can develop practical operational plans based on the assessment results according to different mission requirements for equipment combat capabilities.This method is more scientific than simple analytic hierarchy process and has strong practical application.
