摘要
高速滑车滑块与轨道之间相互摩擦碰撞,随着速度的提高和行程的加长,摩擦功使滑块表面温度逐渐升高,危及试验安全,因而可利用滑块温度预示以避免滑块在轨失效。根据滑车与轨道配副接触的特点计算典型时刻滑车滑块的载荷值获得全时程的作用力。引入动态载荷及占空比因子,以傅里叶传热方程为基础采用Matlab语言实现滑块温度分布的工程计算。计算结果与实测数据对比,最大偏差为24.5%。
With the increase of test speed and the extension of test travel,the friction will make the surface temperature of the slipper increase gradually.This method is used to predict the slipper temperature so as to avoid the risk of slipper failure on the track.According to the characteristics of slipper-rail pair,by calculating the load of several typical working conditions and interpolating the parameters,adding the dynamic factor and the duty ratio of the dynamic slipper-rail contact to calculate the heat flux of the slipper,and based on the Fourier heat transfer equation,using Matlab language to realize the engineering calculation of the slipper temperature distribution.Compared with the measured data of twice sled tests,the maximum deviation is 24.5%.
