摘要
文章通过研究威布尔贝叶斯方法分析的原理,结合部件的失效模式及先验知识,提出依据搁置和删失数据优化维保任务修程的策略,并以轨交车辆制动风缸维保任务为例进行验证,可为各类装备维修优化工作提供参考。
At present,there are problems of under repair or over repair in the maintenance of rail transit vehicles.A more reasonable repair schedule can be obtained by analyzing the service life of components according to reliability.Due to the lack of good accumulation of fault data in the early operation and maintenance,some maintenance tasks involve less fault data,mainly due to the shelving of faults or the deletion of data without faults due to unrelated reasons.The Weibull Bayesian method in GB/T 34987 can analyze the life distribution even for shelved and deleted data.By studying the analysis principle of Weibull Bayesian method,combined with the failure mode and a priori knowledge of components,this paper put forward the strategy of optimizing the maintenance task based on shelved and deleted data,and takes the maintenance task of brake air cylinder of rail transit vehicle as an example,which provides a reference for the maintenance optimization of various equipment.
