平纹碳纤维复合材料拉伸及环氧树脂压缩力学实验研究 被引量:3

Tensile properties of plain woven carbon fiber reinforced composite and compressive behaviors of epoxy resin:An experimental investigation

摘要 为掌握手敷平纹编织碳纤维增强聚合物复合材料(PWCFRP)拉伸力学性能,制备了纯环氧树脂及单层PWCFRP试件,通过MTS电子万能试验机进行了拉/压力学性能测试,分析了2种材料的准静态力学行为并建立了本构模型。结果表明,PWCFRP的拉伸和EP的压缩失效均为脆性断裂,其中,PWCFRP表现为纤维束的经向拉断和纬向撕开。在一定尺寸范围内,材料的拉伸无尺寸效应,而压缩实验需考虑屈曲的影响。PWCFRP的拉伸力学行为包含起始非线性和线性,而EP的压缩力学则体现为非线性粘弹性。建立的非线性-线性分段本构模型能很好地预测PWCFRP的拉伸力学行为,采用非线性粘弹性ZWT本构模型能准确地捕捉EP的压缩力学行为。可为手敷PWCFRP的力学性能和应用工况提供了参考。 To obtain tensile mechanical properties of the manual prepared plain woven carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite(PWCFRP,plain woven carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites),the pure epoxy resin and single-layer PWCFRP specimens were prepared,and the tensile/compression tests were conducted by using MTS electronic universal test machine.The quasi-static mechanical behaviors of the two materials were analyzed and constitutive models were established.The results show that both the failure of tensile PWCFRP and compressive EP(epoxy resin)are belong to brittle fracture.Furthermore,it is observed that fiber bundle of PWCFRP fractured in warp direction and teared in weft direction.Within a certain size range,no dimension effect existed in tensile test of the materials while flexion effect should be considered in compression test.The tensile mechanics properties of PWCFRP contains the initial non-linearity and later linearity.The compression mechanics behaviors of EP reflects the nonlinear viscoelasticity.The nonlinear-linear piece-wise constitutive model,which can well predict the tensile mechanical behavior of PWCFRP,was established.The established nonlinear viscoelastic ZWT constitutive model can accurately capture the compressive mechanical behavior of EP.This paper may provide a reference for the application of PWCFRP.
