摘要
本文研究在生产含铌HRB400E热轧带肋钢筋过程中,力学性能检验时应力-应变曲线无屈服台阶的问题,对无屈服平台钢筋的化学成分、力学性能及金相组织等方面进行分析,通过Mn含量控制和控冷控轧措施,避免大量贝氏体组织或马氏体的产生。
In this paper,in the producing of niobium-containing HRB400E hot-rolled ribbed bars,the problem that the stress-strain curve has no yield step during the mechanical property test is studied.The chemical composition,mechanical properties and metallograpjoghic structure of the bar without yield point elongation are analyzed.The measures of the Mn content control and controlled cooling and rolling are used to avoid the production of a large amount of bainite or martensite.
