给水泵汽轮机管道测点泄漏的研究与处理

Research and Treatment of Leakage at Measuring Points of Feed Pump Turbine Pipeline

目前发电机组均执行新能源消纳,但针对早期设计安装的火电机组,部分设备与系统不满足新能源消纳要求。本文就某电厂给水泵汽轮机进汽管道的汇汽母管,因新能源消纳造成管道内蒸汽参数变化,导致管道测点泄漏的问题进行研究分析,并介绍相处理力方法。

At present the generator units are subject to new energy consumption,but for thermal power units designed and installed in the early stage,some equipments and systems do not meet the consumption requirements of new energy.This paper studies and analyzes the leakage problem of the measuring point of the pipeline caused by the steam parameters change in the steam inlet pipe of the steam turbine of the feed pump in a power plant due to the new energy consumption,and introduces the treatment method.
