摘要 为保障引江济汉工程膨胀土渠段渠坡稳定和渠道运行安全,采用预应力高强度混凝土抗滑管桩对引江济汉工程膨胀土高边坡渠段进行加固处理。针对预应力高强度管桩施工中常出现的桩体部分断裂、桩顶发生移位、沉桩深度不满足设计值等质量问题进行原因剖析,提出预应力高强度抗滑管桩施工采用先造孔再静压的方式,严控施工质量,使桩头牢固可靠。 In order to ensure the stability of the slope of the canal section with expansive soil and the safety of the operation of the channel in the project of the diversion from the Yangtze River to the Hanjiang River,prestressed highstrength concrete anti-slide pipe lines are used in the engineering design and reinforcement of the canal section with the high side slope of expansive soil in the project. This paper analyzes the causes of such quality problems as partial fracture of the pile body,displacement of the pile top and the inconformity between the sinking depth of the pile and the design value,which often occur in the construction of the prestressed high-strength pipe piles. It also proposes that hole drilling and static pressure method should be adopted successively in the construction of prestressed high-strength anti-slide pipe piles. Finally,the quality of construction should be strictly controlled and the quality of the pile head should be reliable.
