本科层次职业教育发展路径探析

A Study on the Ways of Development of Undergraduate-Level Vocational Education

随着国家经济结构的调整和产业升级的不断加快,国家对高层次技术技能人才的需求日益迫切,发展和普及本科层次职业教育迫在眉睫。分析了我国本科层次职业教育的现状与发展本科层次职业教育的现实意义,并从完善制度保障体系、优化教育评价体系、培养“双师型”教师队伍、“双高”院校试点、深度产教融合、差异化发展和应用创新等方面深入探析本科层次职业教育的发展路径。

With the adjustment of national economic structure and the acceleration of industrial upgrading,China is in urgent need of high-level skilled technical talents.It is urgent to develop and popularize undergraduate-level vocational education.This paper analyzes the current situation of undergraduate-level vocational education in China and the practical significance of its development.In addition,it deeply probes into relevant ways of its development in the aspects of the perfection of the institutional guarantee system,the optimization of the educational evaluation system,the cultivation of the“double-qualified”teaching staff,the pilot scheme of“double high-level plan”vocational colleges,the profound industry-teaching integration,the differentiated development and the application innovation.
