摘要
介绍了显微镜表征技术以及电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)相关方法等主要金属纳米颗粒的表征手段,阐述了金属纳米材料在植物体内积累的影响因素和从根部及叶部进入植物体内的两种途径,探讨了金属纳米颗粒对植物生长发育的宏观效应和光合作用等微观效应以及对植物毒性效应的作用机制,提出了金属纳米颗粒-植物体系的表征及毒性研究方面的瓶颈问题,并对未来金属纳米颗粒表征技术方面和毒性效应方面的研究进行了展望.
The characterization methods of the typical metal nanoparticles including microscopic characterization techniques and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)were introduced.The factors influencing metal nanoparticle accumulation in plants and the two ways of entering plants from roots and leaves were described.The macro effects of metal nanoparticles on plant growth and micro effects such as photosynthesis and the mechanism of plant toxicity were discussed.The bottleneck problems in the characterization and toxicity research of metal nanoparticle-plant system were presented and the future research on the characterization technology and toxic effects of metal nanoparticles was prospected.
