摘要国家实验室是未来创新型国家发展的重要抓手,建设有中国特色的科研体系和国家实验室,已经成为重塑国家战略科技力量、满足国家战略需求的重大任务之一。本文结合世界主要国家的经验与做法,对我国国家实验室及相关科研机构的定位、目标、规模和管理方式进行了分析对比,并对我国未来国家实验室的建设和管理方案提出了政策建议。 National laboratory is a key player for the development of an innovative country in the future.The reconstruction of a national research system and national laboratories with Chinese characteristics becomes now one of key tasks for the rebuilding of the nation's strategic force for science and technology to satisfy the nation's needs.This paper reviews the experience of main countries in the world,compared with the positioning,goals and the management of our national labs and other research organizations.Suggestions and proposals are given for the planning and management of the future national laboratories.
