子宫内膜异位症是一种血管依赖性的疾病,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是其主要的血管生成因子,因其作用最强,并且其特异性最高,是影响内异症的早期发生和进展的一个关键因子。在临床诊治中,VEGF可作为辅助诊断内异症的标志物,并根据其表达的水平辅助判断内异症的分期。VEGF/VEGF受体作为血管生成的一个至关重要靶点,VEGF靶向药物及相关中医药在内异症的治疗方面有望成为一个全新方向。

Endometriosis is a vascular-dependent disease,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is the main angiogenic factor,because of its strongest effect and highest specificity,it is a key factof in the early occurrence of endometriosis and progress.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,VEGF can be used as a marker to assist in the diagnosis of endometriosis,and the staging of endometriosis can be judged based on its expression level.VEGF/VEGF receptor is a crucial target of angiogenesis,and VEGF-targeted drugs and related traditional Chinese medicine are expected to become a new direction in the treatment of endometriosis.
