“思维导图结合清单”教学法在颌面部间隙感染临床实习带教中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价“思维导图结合清单”教学法在颌面部间隙感染的临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法选择2020年7月至2021年10月在第四军医大学口腔医院颌面外科病房实习的口腔专业本科生40名。采用随机数字表法将其分配至实验组和对照组,各20名。其中实验组采用“思维导图结合清单”教学法进行临床实习带教,对照组采用“传统帮带”模式进行临床实习带教。通过调查问卷和出科考试比较两组的实习效果。结果本研究实际发放调查问卷40份,共收回40份,有效回收率为100%。实验组“临床实习明显巩固了我的相关理论知识”“临床实习明显提高了我的医患沟通能力”“经过临床实习,我现在完全掌握了颌面部间隙感染的诊疗流程”的自我评价分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组“我认为‘思维导图结合清单’教学法在颌面部间隙感染的临床实习中十分重要”的自我评价得分为(4.6±0.6)分。实验组出科考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“思维导图结合清单”教学法可明显提高颌面部间隙感染的临床实习带教效果,值得在教学中进一步推广。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of“mind mapping combined with inventory”teaching method in clinical practice teaching of fascial space infection of maxillofacial region.Methods From July 2020 to October 2021,40 undergraduate students majoring in stomatology practiced in the Ward of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,School of Stomatology,the Fourth Military Medical University were selected.They were assigned to experimental group and control group by random number table method,20 students in each group.The experimental group adopted the“mind mapping combined with inventory”teaching method for clinical practice teaching,while the control group adopted the“traditional guidance”mode for clinical practice teaching.The internship effect of two groups were compared by the questionnaire and exam.Results In this study,40 questionnaires were actually sent out,and a total of 40 questionnaires were recovered with effective recovery of 100%.The self-evaluation scores of the experimental group in“the clinical practice has obviously consolidated my relevant theoretical knowledge”,“the clinical practice has significantly improved my doctor-patient communication ability”,“after the clinical practice,I have completely mastered the diagnosis and treatment process of fascial space infection of maxillofacial region”were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the self-evaluation score of“I think the teaching method of‘mind mapping combined with inventory’is very important in clinical practice of fascial space infection of maxillofacial region”was(4.6±0.6)points.The test results of the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of“mind mapping combined with inventory”can obviously improve the clinical teaching effect of maxillofacial space infection,which is worthy of further promotion in teaching.
