基于本科生导师制的中药学专业学生“双思维”能力培养探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 中医药是我国独特的卫生资源和文化积淀,在维护人民生命健康中发挥重要作用。中药学作为一门理论性、实践性和综合性很强的学科,尤为需要导师在学生学习过程中进行积极而有效的引导。本文从中药学导师制提出的背景出发,结合黑龙江中医药大学中药学专业本科生导师制的实施,分析了互动教育、思想引导、科研训练、思维培养等促进能力提升的有效策略,论证了导师制的实施有效促进了学生综合素养、科研思维能力的提升,职业规划的明确和专任教师指导能力的提高,表明导师制能有效助力中药学专业本科生“双思维”能力培养,为相关院校和专业进行教学改革提供参考与借鉴。 Traditional Chinese medicine is China’s unique health resources and cultural heritage,and plays an important role in safeguarding people’s lives and health.As a rational,practical and comprehensive subject,chinese materia medica especially needs the active and effective guidance of tutors in the learning process of students.Based on the background proposed by pharmaceutical tutor,combined with the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system of chinese materia medica in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,this paper analyzes the effective strategies of interactive education,thought guidance,scientific research training,and thinking training to promote ability improvement.It is proved that the implementation of the tutorial system can effectively promote the improvement of students’comprehensive quality,scientific research thinking ability,clear career planning and the improvement of the guidance ability of full-time teachers,indicating that the tutorial system can effectively help the“dual thinking”ability training of undergraduates majoring in Chinese materia medica and provide reference for the teaching reform of relevant colleges and majors.
