电刺激生物反馈联合磁刺激治疗绝经后女性盆腔器官脱垂的效果 被引量:8

Effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with magnetic stimulation in the treatment of postmenopausal female pelvic organ prolapse

摘要 目的探讨电刺激生物反馈联合磁刺激治疗绝经后女性盆腔器官脱垂的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月广东省第二人民医院收治的100例绝经后盆腔器官脱垂患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予电刺激生物反馈进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用磁刺激治疗。两组患者的治疗周期均为15周。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后两组患者的国际尿控协会盆腔器官脱垂量化分期法(POP-Q)分度、盆底肌力情况。结果治疗15周后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗15周后的POP-Q分度等级均优于治疗前,且观察组治疗15周后的POP-Q分度等级优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗15周后的盆底肌肌力、盆底肌最大收缩力均高于治疗前,盆底肌持续收缩时间长于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗15周后的盆底肌肌力、盆底肌最大收缩力高于对照组,盆底肌持续收缩时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于电刺激生物反馈治疗,电刺激生物反馈联合磁刺激治疗绝经后女性盆腔器官脱垂的效果更显著,可有效改善盆底肌力,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with magnetic stimulation in the treatment of postmenopausal female pelvic organ prolapse.Methods A total of 100 postmenopausal female pelvic organ prolapse patients who were admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given electrical stimulation biofeedback for treatment,and the observation group was treated with magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.The treatment cycle of the two groups was 15 weeks.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared,and the grading of pelvic organ prolapse quantitative staging(POP-Q)and pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After 15 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The grading of POP-Q of the two groups after 15 weeks of treatment was better than that before treatment,and the grading of POP-Q of the observation group after 15 weeks of treatment was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 15 weeks of treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength and the maximum contraction force of the pelvic floor muscle in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the continuous contraction time of the pelvic floor muscle in the two groups was longer than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 15 weeks of treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength and the maximum contraction force of the pelvic floor muscle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the continuous contraction time of the pelvic floor muscle in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy,electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with magnetic stimulation is more effective in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse in postmenopausal women,which can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle strength and improve the quality of life of patients.
