肛泰软膏联合红外线照射治疗对肛周脓肿患者切开挂线术后疼痛、创面愈合及排便功能的影响

Effect of Gangtai Ointment combined with infrared radiation therapy on pain,wound healing and defecation function in patients with perianal abscess after incision and thread hanging

目的探讨肛泰软膏联合红外线照射治疗对肛周脓肿患者切开挂线术后疼痛、创面愈合及排便功能的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月在吉安市中心人民医院行切开挂线术的94例肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机化法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各47例。对照组患者采取红外线照射治疗,观察组患者采用肛泰软膏联合红外线照射治疗,均持续治疗1周。比较两组患者的排便功能;比较两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和创面评分;记录并比较两组患者的腐肉脱落时间、上皮新生时间以及创口愈合时间。结果观察组患者的排便功能总优良率为95.74%,高于对照组的82.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3、7 d后,两组患者的VAS评分和创面评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,两组患者的VAS评分和创面评分均低于治疗3 d后,且观察组患者治疗3、7 d后的VAS评分和创面评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的腐肉脱落时间、上皮新生时间以及创口愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛泰软膏联合红外线照射治疗切开挂线术后肛周脓肿患者,可以有效改善其排便功能,缓解疼痛,促进创面愈合。

Objective To explore the effect of Gangtai Ointment combined with infrared radiation therapy on pain,wound healing and defecation function in patients with perianal abscess after incision and thread hanging.Methods A total of 94 patients with perianal abscesses undergoing incision and thread hanging in Ji′an Central People′s Hospital were enrolled as the research objects from April 2020 to April 2021.According to simple randomization method,they were divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given infrared radiation therapy,while observation group was additionally treated with Gangtai Ointment.All were continuously treated for 1 week.The defecation function of the two groups was compared.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and wound score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The time of shedding of carrion,epithelial regeneration and wound healing were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The overall good rate of defecation function in observation group was higher than that in control group(95.74%vs.82.98%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 d of treatment,scores of VAS and wounds in both groups were lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,scores of VAS and wounds in both groups were lower than those after 3 d of treatment,scores of VAS and wounds in observation group after 3 and 7 d of treatment were lower than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The carrion shedding time,epithelial regeneration time and wound healing time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Gangtai Ointment combined with infrared radiation therapy can effectively improve defecation function,relieve pain and promote wound healing in patients with perianal abscess after incision and thread hanging.
