鼻中隔连续贯穿缝合在鼻窦炎鼻息肉伴鼻中隔偏曲患者的应用效果

Application effect of continuous penetrating suture of nasal septum in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp with nasal septum deviation

目的探讨鼻窦炎鼻息肉伴鼻中隔偏曲患者采用鼻中隔连续贯穿缝合治疗的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至6月江西省上饶市人民医院收治的90例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉伴鼻中隔偏曲患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组给予功能性鼻内镜伴鼻中隔矫正术后鼻腔填塞治疗,观察组给予功能性鼻内镜伴鼻中隔矫正术后鼻中隔贯穿连续缝合治疗,比较两组患者的临床症状评分及并发症等。结果两组患者术后的头痛、鼻痛、牙痛、溢泪评分低于术前,且观察组患者术后的头痛、鼻痛、牙痛、溢泪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻窦炎鼻息肉伴鼻中隔偏曲患者给予鼻中隔连续贯穿缝合治疗,能够改善术后头痛、鼻痛、牙痛、溢泪等问题,减少并发症发生。

Objective To investigate the application effect of continuous penetrating suture of nasal septum in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp with nasal septum deviation.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps accompanied by nasal septum deviation admitted to Shangrao People′s Hospital from January to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with nasal packing after functional nasal endoscopy and nasal septum correction,and the observation group was treated with continuous penetrating suture of nasal septum after functional nasal endoscopy and nasal septum correction.The clinical symptom scores and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of headache,nasal pain,toothache and lacrimal discharge in the two groups after operation were lower than those before operation,the scores of headache,nasal pain,toothache and tears in the observation group after operation were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complication of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps accompanied by nasal septum deviation are treated with continuous penetrating suture of nasal septum,which can improve postoperative headache,nasal pain,toothache,lacrimal discharge and other problems,and reduce complications.
