360°健康宣教在老年性白内障患者围手术期的应用价值

Application value of 360°health education in the perioperative period of elderly patients with cataract

目的探讨360°健康宣教在老年性白内障患者围手术期的应用价值。方法选取潜江市中心医院2020年6月至10月收治的88例老年性白内障手术患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为常规组(44例)与研究组(44例)。常规组采用一般围手术期护理,研究组则在常规组的护理基础上给予360°健康宣教。比较两组患者的入院至出院时间,健康教育知识掌握程度、对护理的满意度以及术后视力恢复情况。结果研究组患者的入院至出院时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的白内障健康教育知识掌握程度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理总满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后的视力恢复情况优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性白内障患者围手术期采用360°健康宣教能够有效提升老年患者的健康知识掌握程度及护理满意度,术后视力恢复较好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of 360°health education in the perioperative period of elderly patients with cataract.Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing senile cataract surgery admitted to Qianjiang Central Hospital from June 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into the conventional group(44 cases)and the study group(44 cases)using a random number table method.The conventional group used general perioperative nusing,and the study group was given 360°health education on the basis of the conventional group.The time from admission to discharge,the grasp degree of health education knowledge,the degree of nursing satisfaction and postoperative visual acuity recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The time from admission to discharge in the study group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The grasp degree of knowledge of cataract health education in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative visual acuity recovery of patients in the study group was better than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of 360°health education in the perioperative period of elderly patients with cataract can effectively improve the grasp of health knowledge of elderly patients and nursing satisfaction,and have better postoperative vision recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
