基于细胞焦亡的中药治疗抑郁症合并冠心病的机制研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression complicated with coronary heart disease based on cell pyroptosis

抑郁症和冠心病同属于慢性炎性疾病,炎症反应在两病发生、发展过程中的危害已得到共识。临床发现抑郁患者同时伴有冠心病的发生率和死亡率日益增高。最近研究发现,抑郁情绪会引起个体大脑内多种细胞尤其是小胶质细胞发生细胞焦亡,其作为一种高度促炎症的程序性细胞死亡方式,在患者大脑内引起的炎症级联反应是诱导抑郁患者血管内皮损伤、动脉粥样硬化及最终冠心病发作的重要分子机制。同时,有大量细胞、动物及临床实验证明多种中药可以通过调控细胞焦亡通路中各蛋白的表达量治疗抑郁症合并冠心病,且效果显著。本文拟从细胞焦亡角度整理相关中药作用的具体机制,期望为临床防治抑郁症合并冠心病提供新的思路和可能。

Depression and coronary heart disease are both chronic inflammatory diseases,the harms of inflammatory responses in the occurrence and development of the two diseases have been recognized.It was found that the rates of incidence and mortality of coronary heart in depression patients were increasing day by day.Recently studies had found that depression caused a variety of individual brain cells pyroptosis especially the microglia pyroptosis,it could promote the highly pro-inflammatory programmed cell death mode.And the cascaded inflammation responces caused by pyroptosis in the brain are an important molecular mechanism that may induces vascular endothelial injurying,atherosclerosis,and ultimately coronary heart disease for depressed patients.At the same time,a large number of cells,animals,and clinical experiments had proved that a variety of traditional Chinese medicine could treat depression combined with coronary heart disease by regulating the expression of various proteins about pyroptosis,and the curative effect was significant.This paper intends to sort out the specific mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine action from the perspective of cell pyroptosis,hoping to provide new ideas and possibilities for clinical prevention and treatment of depression complicated with coronary heart disease.
