Exploration on Innovation of Tourism Vocational Education

职业教育发展应与当地产业发展积极结合,与就业需求息息相关,努力服务地方经济发展。在发展职业教育过程中,许多职业院校的办学理念较为传统、落后,跟不上当地产业发展需求。旅游职业教育要充分认知旅游行业发展趋势,改变传统教育理念,以改革创新为契机,结合区域特色、产业特色,树立新的发展理念,将高科技、新技术手段运用到人才培养和课程设计当中,创新旅游职业教育人才培养,在教育教学过程中努力寻求创新。

The development of vocational education is closely related to employment demand,which should be linked with local industries and serve local economic.In the process of development,many vocational colleges have outdated school-running concept and unable to keep pace with the needs of local industrial development.Tourism vocational education should fully conform to the trend of tourism industry and change the education concept.By combining regional and industrial characteristics,establishing new development concept and applying high-tech and new skill to talent training and curriculum design,tourism vocational education will take reform as an opportunity and strive to seek innovation in the process of education,teaching and talent training.
