摘要
教师是教育发展的第一资源,事关教育事业的成败,目前,高校教师师德建设还存在着信念不坚定、片面追求个人功利、职业理想有所缺失、育人意识淡薄、业务能力不足等问题。《高等学校教师职业道德规范》规定教师应履行爱国守法、敬业爱生、教书育人、严谨治学、服务社会、为人师表等要求,以社会主义核心价值观教育实践促进教师师德建设。
