摘要
针对常规聚合物母液熟化工艺工程投资大、熟化时间长等问题,应用聚合物母液快速熟化技术,实现了聚合物母液的高效配制。通过在大庆油田采油六厂喇六配制站开展的快速熟化现场试验,确定了快速熟化系统核心设备超重力熟化机的运行参数技术界限,验证了连续运行超重力熟化机的稳定性和聚合物母液熟化效果。现场试验结果表明,在一定范围内应用快速熟化技术,可以缩短聚合物母液熟化时间68.6%~84.3%,工程投资降低19.2%,并且熟化的聚合物母液各项技术指标均满足工业化生产的要求。
Aiming at the problems of large investment and long curing time of conventional polymer mother liquor curing process,the rapid curing technology of polymer mother liquor is applied to realize the efficient preparation of polymer mother liquor.Through the field test of rapid curing in La6 Prepara-tion Station of No.6 oil production plant in Daqing Oilfield,the operating parameters and technical limits of the core equipment of the rapid curing system“High gravity curing machine”are deter-mined,the stability is proved by continuous operation of“High gravity curing machine”and the cur-ing effect of polymer mother liquor is verified.The field test results show that the application of rapid curing technology can shorten the curing time of polymer mother liquor by more than 68.6~84.3%,and reduce the project investment by 19.2%in a certain range,and all the technical indexes of the ma-tured polymer mother liquor can meet the industrial requirements.
