天然气管网输差计算方法研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 在天然气管道输送过程中,不可避免地会出现输送差异,导致输送成本和经济损失的增加,研究天然气管网输差计算的准确性,可为后续输差分析和控制提供依据。从输差的构成角度,分析了影响输差计算准确度的因素,定量计算了压力、温度和气体成分对输差计算的影响程度,其排序为:压力>温度>气体组分。将本文输差计算结果中石油PPS系统的计算值进行比较,验证了本计算方法的准确性和适用性。该计算方法适用于TY天然气管网。与本项目采用的等温流动模型推导计算方法相比,两种方法计算的月输差最大偏差为568638 m^(3),输差率最大偏差为0.0971%,日输差率最大偏差为0.8463%。本文提出的管网输差计算方法考虑了管道输送过程中管道沿线温度变化和管道高差的影响,更符合现场实际情况。 In the process of natural gas pipeline transportation,transmission differences will inevitably occur,resulting in increased transportation costs and economic losses.A study on the accuracy of the calculation of the transmission difference of the natural gas pipeline network can provide a basis for the subsequent analysis and control of the transmission difference.From the perspective of the composition of the transmission difference,the factors affecting the calculation accuracy of the transmission difference are analyzed in this work.The influence degree of pressure,temperature,and gas composition on the transmission difference calculation is quantitatively calculated,and the order of influence degree is found to be pressure>temperature>gas composition.The accuracy and applicability of the calculation method are verified by comparing the transmission difference calculation results in this paper.This calculation method is applicable to the TY natural gas network.Compared with the isothermal flow model derivation calculation method adopted in this project,the maximum deviation between two methods is 568638 m^(3) in monthly transmission,0.0971%in transmission difference rate,and 0.8463%in daily transmission difference rate.The pipeline transmission difference calculation method proposed in this paper takes into account the influence of the temperature change along the pipeline,and the pipeline height difference during the pipeline transportation process,which is more in line with the actual situation on site.
